Wesley Graham

Wesley (Wes) Harold Graham, 73, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family July 5th, 2018.

He was born August 6th, 1944 in the Sim Maternity Hotel, Evanston, Wyoming to Harold W. and Muriel J. Graham. Wes grew up working on the family ranch in Mountain View were he learned the value of hard work, dedication to family, and a deep love for the Bridger Valley. He attended college at Western Wyoming Community College and the University of Wyoming, going on to work at FMC in various positons for 39 years before happily retiring on his 56th birthday. Wes met the love of his life, Judy Tyler, on December 27th, 1962 in Evanston at the New Paris Café.  They later married on June 15th, 1963 in Green River, Wyoming. Wes and Judy had four children; Kevin, Amber, Penny, and Trudy. Wes was dedicated to his family and a hard worker who loved fly fishing, puzzles, camping, debating, working on projects, puttering in his shop and spending time visiting with family, friends, and neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Muriel Graham, maternal grandparents Edgar and Gertrude Donahoo, paternal grandparents Jess and Effa Graham, and grandson Shaun A. Brunski. He is survived by wife Judy Graham, siblings Maureen (Vic) Powers, Jerilyn (Dwight) Mitchell, Jennifer (Robert) Georges, Darold (Linda) Graham, Barry (Kim) Graham, and Errol Graham, children Kevin (Shelley) Graham, Amber (Don) Brunski, Penny (Kirk) Slagowski, and Trudy (Ryan) Brown, grandchildren Katie Graham, Lindsey (Austin) Cary, Brittney (Brandon) Deckert, Chelsea Brunski, Christopher, Erick, Aaron, and Emily Slagowski, and Sierra Brown, great-granddaughter Preslie Deckert, great-grandson Weston Cary, step-grandchildren DC Fulkerson and Jamie Martinez, step-great-grandchildren Frankie, Alauna, Aurora, and Bella.

Wes spent Independence Day on the deck he built himself watching the fireworks with four generations of family.

There will be a viewing at Crandall’s Funeral Home on Monday at 6-8 PM. Tuesday services will be held at Crandall’s with a viewing at 10 AM and services at 11 AM.

Burial will be at Fort Bridger Cemetery at 1 PM with a luncheon to follow at the LDS Church in Mountain View at 1:30 PM.
