Warren James Hodder, 48, was raised on the family ranch in Farson, Wy. He graduated from Farson/Eden High in 1987. He joined the Air Force and was stationed in Guam for Desert Storm and Alaska for Desert Shield then the lower 48 for the duration of his 6 years of service. He was honorably discharge and returned home to help work the family farm until his marriage to Stacy Hodder in 1997. Warren had two boys, Tyrell Hodder in 1998 and Tel Hodder in 2000 and was raising Issabella Hodder, who he co-parented with Stacy Hodder. Warren loved his children.
Warren worked many years in construction in Rock Springs. He hired on with Questar/Wexpro and moved to Lyman, Wy in 2010
He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and weekend rafting and kayaking trips. Until he found his passion for adventure on his Heritage Softail, he went on many adventures with family and friend; chasing that wind for hundreds of miles in a day.
Warren is preceded in death by: Grandma and Grandpa Ranta, Grandma and Grandpa Hodder, Uncle’s Mark & Les Hodder, Uncle Dean Snyder and Uncle Mike Ranta.
He is survived by sons, Tyrell and Tel Hodder; daughter, Issabella Hodder; Dad and Mom, James and Sue Hodder; twin sister, Wendy and husband David Seekins; brother, Brian Hodder, many nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.
Full military services will be 11:00 AM Friday at the American Legion Hall in Fort Bridger, WY with a viewing starting at 10:00 AM. A luncheon will follow the services.
Memorial services will be Saturday Oct 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Farson Community Center in Farson, Wyoming with a luncheon to follow.
