Marie M. Smith

Violet Marie McClintic Smith passed away September 30, 2020 in Mountain View, Wyoming surrounded by her family and friends.

She was born on March 16, 1957 in Lancaster, California to Noel Wayne and Violet Lorraine (Morris) McClintic.

She married Darrell Peter Smith on February 9, 2002 in Reno, Nevada.

Marie loved everyone she ever met and everyone who met her loved her.  She loved shopping, scrapbooking, crochet, networking with friends, trying new recipes and reading her Bible.  She was a member of Bridger Valley Assembly of God.  She loved Darrell with all her heart and they were engaged after just five days.  They had a beautiful daughter Darlet.  Marie was a fantastic mother to all of her children.

She is survived by her loving husband, Darrell Smith; children: Heather (Glenn) Felkey, Tom Jr. (Amy) Goudie, Chrystal (Zack) Gilman, Darrell Jr. (Ronda) Smith, Michael (Arlene) Smith, and Darlet Smith; her mother: Violet Striley; two brothers, Bob and David McClintic, and a sister, Carolyn.  Marie also had 17 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 5 p.m. in the Bridger Valley Baptist Church in Lyman, Wyoming.  Viewing will be one hour prior to services.  In accordance with her wishes cremation will follow.
