Trudy Saxton

August 26, 1943 — March 8, 2017

Trudy Marie Hutchinson Saxton passed away on March 8, 2017 surrounded by her loved ones, at the University of Utah Hospital.  She was born August 26, 1943 in Hilliard, Wyoming to Arthur and Alberta (Wagstaff) Hutchinson and was one of four children.
Trudy married Micheal Saxton on December 20, 1968 in Hilliard, Wyoming. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on December 10, 1969. Together they had three children.
She was an active member of the LDS Church, enjoyed cooking, baking and Sudoku puzzles.  Trudy played piano and organ for many years. She worked for Uinta County School District Food Service and served as Fair Superintendent for Open Baked Boods.  Most of all she enjoyed spending time with family, especially the grandchildren.
Trudy is survived by her husband Micheal Saxton, children DeLynn (Cherise) Saxton, Dawnell Saxton and Rachelle Saxton, her grandchildren Braydon, Alexis, and Ethan Saxton, her siblings: Sterlin Hutchinson, Donna (Ralph) Bolander, and Vaughn (Patty) Hutchinson.
She is preceded in death by her father Arthur Hutchinson and mother Alberta Wagstaff Hutchinson and sister-in-law Jannette Hutchinson.
Funeral services will be held at the Hilliard Ward Church on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11:00 am.  A viewing will be held at the Crandall Funeral Home, on Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. and at the church one hour prior to the funeral.   Interment will be in the Evanston City Cemetery.
