Tommy Middlemas

Tommy G. Middlemas, 64, went home to Jesus on January 13, 2015, after a short battle with lung cancer.
Tom was born May 3, 1950 in Weiser Idaho to Donna L Burdick- (John) Pirrainen and Lloyd E. Middlemas, and has lived in Evanston most of his life.
In his younger years, Tom was an avid outdoorsman, and played pool for local tournaments. He was one of the best. He was also a lifetime member of the VFW and served in the Navy during the Vietnam era. He was married to Judy Williams in 1990 and together they had two children. They later divorced in 2000.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Donna and Lloyd, and one brother, Doug Harris. He is survived by his two daughters, Tiffany (Alex) Middlemas and Donna (Troy) Middlemas, one grandson, Izek Middlemas, a sister Paula (Steve) Hall, many cousins and a step brother and step sister.
At the time of his death, he was being cared for by Best Home Health and Hospice and Rocky Mountain Care. The family would like to thank his caregivers for everything they have done.
Tom will be cremated as per his wishes, and there will be a memorial luncheon in his honor at the V.F.W. on Saturday, January 17th, 2015 at 1PM.
