Tim Woolstenhulme

Tim C Woolstenhulme, 61, passed away at his home in Oakley, Utah April 24, 2021.

He was born on August 30, 1959 in Coalville, Utah to Ralph Wendell “Dutch” Woolstenhulme and Arla Maxine Clark Woolstenhulme.

He married Julie Hacking in Oakley on November 29, 1984.  They were blessed with one daughter, Lindi.

Tim graduated from South Summit High School and was owner and operator of Dutch’s Service in Oakley, Utah. You could always find him at the station from the time he could pump gas until he was no longer able to walk to the pumps.  He was loved by the community for his service.  He enjoyed riding snowmobiles and horses in is younger years.  He loved to talk weather, crops, horses, and cattle with the men who came to the station. He owned a stud paint horse that sired numerous colts with a 100 percent color record from which he took great pleasure. He loved team penning as long as his bones would allow. He loved to raft and fish the Snake and Green rivers in Wyoming and his trips to Wendover with Grandma Alta and others.

He is survived by his wife, Julie and their daughter, Lindi, his mother, Arla Woolstenhulme, sister, Jackie (John) Blazzard, brother, Kendell “Tiny” (Shauna) Woolstenhulme, and many nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles and aunts.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Wendell “Dutch” Woolstenhulme and his brother, Wendell “Shorty” Woolstenhulme.

In accordance with his wishes, private graveside services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Intermountain Medical Center (formerly known as the L.D.S. Hospital) Newborn Intensive Care Unit in Tim’s memory would be very appreciated.
