Thomas Klein

Thomas Patrick Klein, age 69, passed away at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT. On July 16, 2015.  He was born on August 11, 1945 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of James and Beverly Anne (Bolger) Klein.  He married Mary Lynn Schultz on December 9, 1982 in Las Vegas, NV. He served his country in the United States Army.

Tom loved being in the great outdoors.  He loved fishing, wildlife, reading, sports, especially baseball.  He served as an election judge in Uinta county since 1994.  He was a member of the American Legion, and the VFW Post, a member of the Uinta county veterans board, and served as past chairman of the Elk Basin Credit Union in Powell, WY.  He also was a member of the Audubon Society.  He also enjoyed umpiring youth baseball for over twenty years.

Tom is survived by his spouse, Mary L. Klein, of Evanston, WY.;  a daughter, Brooke N. (Jeremy) Knick, of Minnesota; a brother, Dennis J. (Barbara) Klein ; and sisters, Mary Pat (Dennis) Pfeil, Kathleen Marie (Douglas) Ramstack; and Maureen Anne (Scott) Lager, all of Wisconsin.

Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held at Crandall Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 7:00 P.M.  Memorial services will also be held in Milwaukee, WI on August 11, 2015, with time and place to be announced later.
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Uinta County American Legion or Post 36 of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
