Terry Isherwood

December 2, 1950 — September 27, 2015

Mr. Terry Isherwood of Evanston, Wyoming, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015 at the age of 64.  Terry was born and raised in Evanston, and a lifelong resident.
Terry was born to parents Frank Isherwood Jr and Jessie Lamb (Monroe) on December 2, 1950.   He was the first born of the children in his family. When terry was young his mother married Art Monroe. Art was one of most influential people in his life. He always accepted Terry as his own, and according to Terry, Art was his true father.
Terry attended Evanston High School until 1969, and in 1972 he married his high school sweetheart Cheryl Sim. They welcomed their first child, Crystalynn, the next year.
In 1984 they then welcomed Michaela to the family.  For many years Terry took pride in being employed in the oil field, mainly as an H2S safety man.   He got to travel to Canada, and several other states in U.S. for his job.
After his divorce in 1994, Terry never remarried.
Some of Terry’s happiest times were with friends and in the outdoors.  He enjoyed fishing, music, tinkering with things and hunting for rocks. Terry loved going to the river, camping in the Uinta’s and going to bear Lake.
Terry was preceded in death by his Step father Art Monroe, an infant brother and sister, and his biological father Frank Isherwood Jr.
Terry is survived by his daughters, Crystalynn Isherwood (Saban), and Michaela Isherwood and his grandchildren Braden Isherwood, and Zachery, Kyrie, Kiara, and Dominick Worthing. Terry is also survived by his mother Jessie Monroe, and his three sisters, Audra Moyes(Monroe), Leila Dean(Monroe), and Cheryl Hinman(Monroe).
Memorial Services for Terry will be held at Crandall Funeral Home on Saturday, October 3, 2015, at 11:00 am.  There will be a luncheon to follow at the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church for family and friends.
