Suzanne was received by Christ into her eternal home on Thursday, October 23, 2014, after a long battle with cancer. She was born to James and Veronica Morgan on August 10, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan. Suzanne was the eldest of eleven Morgan children. She attended Saint Clare de Montefalco grade school and Our Lady Star of the Sea High School both in Grosse Pointe, MI.
Suzanne pursued academics earning a B.A. from Marquette University, a Master of Arts (English) from Notre Dame, a second Master of Arts (Library Science) from University of Michigan and finally a Juris Doctorate from University of North Carolina.
Suzanne loved libraries and the books in them. She worked in several including the Law Library at the University of Wyoming, the Allan County Library in Ft. Wayne, IN. and the public library in Saratoga, WY.
Suzanne was married to Daniel Mulholland on May 1, 1993 in the National Forest outside of Laramie, WY. They moved to Ft. Bridger in June of 1998 where he became and remains the pastor of Shepherd of the Valley Lutherean Church.
Suzanne learned to love the beauty of southwest Wyoming, enjoying its rocks, sunsets and wide open vistas. She rode miles on her trusty saddle horse Pico. She liked walking along the Black’s Fork River by her home and tending her flowers. She was active in her church home and in her last days was surrounded by her brothers and sisters in Christ.
Suzanne is survived by her husband Dan and his sons, Jeremiah and Caleb, her brothers, Greg, Mark, and Paul, and her sisters, Bernadette, Rosemary, Dolores, Vickie and Morgan.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church on Monday, October 27, 2014. Interment will follow at the Fort Bridger Cemetery, Fort Bridger, WY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial s can be made to the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Ft. Bridger, WY.
