Signa Johnson

Signa Johnson, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the age of 102, at Rocky Mountain Care Center, where she had spent the last ten years of her life.    She was born on January 22, 1912 in Coalville, Utah, the daughter of Fred and Florence Farnsworth Johnson.
She married Walter Wayne Johnson on May 12, 1929 in Evanston, Wyoming.  He preceded her in death in 1968.  Signa and Walter had a son, Walter Charles.
They lived as a family in Cumberland, WY.; and San Luis Obispo, CA.; and Evanston, WY.; and Rock Springs, WY.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, and her sisters, Alta, Ivy, Leah, Erma, Elaine, Winifred, and June.
She is survived by four grandchildren, Brent and Karen, Kent and Chuck, all of Rock Springs, WY.  She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was Fred and Jane Kallas’s Aunt, who were very devoted and very loving to her.
There will be a visitation held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 11:00 A.M.  Graveside services will follow at the Evanston Cemetery, Evanston, WY. At 12:00 Noon.
