Sharon Kaye Robertson

Sharon Kaye Robertson, 63, passed away on February 13, 2024, in Taylorsville, Utah. She was born on April 22, 1960, in American Fork, Utah, to Clifford D. (Blackie) and Francis Gay (Chesnut) Sorenson. Sharon married Jim Robertson in 1976; they later divorced.  

Throughout her life, Sharon enjoyed the simple pleasures that brought her joy. She loved going to yard sales, watching lifetime movies, and indulging in a bit of retail therapy. However, her most treasured moments were spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Sharon's face would light up whenever she was surrounded by their love and laughter. 

Sharon faced life's trials with remarkable courage. No matter how tough things got, she always held her head up high. She was a true fighter who never shied away from life's challenges.  

Sharon is survived by her children, Jason Robertson, and Jamie Robertson Walsh; sisters, Debbie, Lesia, Brenda, and Tammie; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Blackie and Gay Sorenson; children, James Robertson and Jana Robertson; sister, Kellie Robertson and great-granddaughters Chanaya Robertson and Desera Robertson.  

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 12:00, at the Kamas Event Center in Kamas, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to services, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM.  Interment will follow in the Marion Cemetery followed by a luncheon at Kamas Event Center.
