Sandra “Sandy” Katilus passed away peacefully November 30, 2018 in Lehi, Utah surrounded by her family in the loving arms of her husband.
She was born on February 7, 1940 in Youngstown, Ohio to Michael and Kathryn (Sevachko) Dubosh.
She married Victor S. Katilus on May 27, 1961 in Hubbard, Ohio.
Mrs. Katilus was a loving wife, mother, and the greatest nana. She loved to takes long rides, watch birds, cook, and be around people and friends. Her greatest joy in life was her family and her dog Bingo.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Sandy is survived by her loving husband, Victor; daughters, Tami (Richard) Beck, Henderson, Nevada; and Karen Katilus, Kamas, Utah. Her sister, Irma Birochak, of Ohio and grandchildren, Briant Katilus (Sydney); Janelle Erskine (Griffin); and Corbin Beck (Bailee) and great grandchildren, Krew, Cozette, Kayzlee, Emma, Grace, Scarlett and Max, also survive her.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Kamas L.D.S. Ward Chapel, 200 West Center Street in Kamas. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment will be in the Woodland cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home, Kamas, Utah.
