EVANSTON-Robert A. Kennedy, 84, passed away December 9, 2016 at his residence.
He was born June 13, 1932 and raised in St. Stephen, N.B. Canada to the late Kenneth and Mary Reck Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy had been a resident of Evanston since 1980 and was employed in heavy equipment construction for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, painting landscapes and making jewelry.
Survivors include his wife, Doreen; children, Robert K., Randy, Cindy, Rick, Rock and John; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was a member of Multiple Masonic Rites and Shriner Echelon.
Donations may be made to the Local Shriners or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
