Robert George

Robert William “Bob” George, returned to the arms of his loving wife, Marlene, on April 7, 2012.
He was born on August 12, 1952 in Evanston, Wyoming the son of Hiram William “Bill” and Dorothy Rose (Carpenter) George.
On February 15, 1975 he married Marlene Clark in Evanston, WY.  She preceded him in death on Jan 15, 1994.
Bob loved the outdoors, photography, wildlife, history and genealogy.    He enjoyed organizing and attending gatherings of all kinds for family and friends.  He loved music and playing guitar.  He especially loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his sons: Timothy William (Erika) George and Kellen Clark (Jenn) George, and his daughter, Mariah Linzy George  all of Evanston;  grandchildren, Lexie, Jaxson, and Ellie George; and Dominick and Trinity Larson, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Brothers: Don (Cathie) George, of Evanston; Tom (Linda) George, Algonquin, ILL; Randy (Glenda) George, of Evanston and Paul (Jana) George of Montpelier, Id;   Sisters: Kathy Stevenson of Kemmerer; Nancy (Kent) Edrington of Evanston; Brenda (Stephen) Croxford, Harrisville, Utah and Lisa George of Evanston
He is preceded in death by his wife, Marlene; parents and one brother Tim; and a brother-in-law, Gary Stevenson
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering of the Tribes (friends and family),  will be held Saturday, May 19, 2012 beginning at 11 am at the Bear River State Park in Evanston, WY.
