It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Randall Kent Morrison, on January 18, 2025, in Evanston, Wyoming.
Randy was born on December 9, 1953, in Torrington, Wyoming, to Rosella and Kenneth Morrison.
He married the love of his life, Kristy, on February 17, 1984. Randy and Kristy settled in Lyman, Wyoming, where they created a beautiful life together with their three sons: Bryan, Brad, and Brett.
Randy spent most of his professional life in construction management, where he was successfully able to apply his impressive problem-solving skills and unique building abilities. He truly was a jack-of-all-trades.
Randy and Kris later moved to Mesquite, Nevada, where they enjoyed his retirement with patio sunsets, puzzle building, and RZR rides. Above all else, Randy loved his family fiercely. He was a proud father and grandfather, who was known for always giving the best hugs.
He truly loved every minute spent with his family, whether it was playing a game of cards, watching his grandkids’ many activities, or going on a memorable trip with his Nighswonger family.
While his presence will be missed by all of us, his love and the memories made will live on in our hearts forever.
He is survived by his wife Kristy; sons Bryan (Amber), Brad (Katie), and Brett (Nesha); sister Cheryl Morrison (Blaine Stoddard); and brother-in-law Scott Thompson.
Randy is also survived by his nine grandchildren: Bryleigh, Charleigh, Braelynn, Brady, Brynlee, Asher, Brogan, Mila, and Brooks. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Rosella, brother Robert Morrison, and sister Connie Thompson.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Randy on Saturday, January 25, from 11:00-2:00 at the Evanston Youth Club (603 6th Street) in Evanston, Wyoming.
