Phillip Terrell Blair, age 66, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2014 at Intermountain Medical Center, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on December 4, 1947 in Atchison, Kansas, the son of Milton Edgar and Doris Katherine (Martin) Blair.
Phillip served his country in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, coin collecting, gun collecting, and riding on his motorcycles. He was an avid outdoorsman.
Phillip is survived by his loving spouse, Donna Blair, of Evanston, WY.; children, daughter, Melanie Blair, of Evanston, WY.; Michele (Michiel) Crossfield, of Nappa, ID.; and a daughter, Miranda (Mikel) Randall, of Meridian, ID. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, Calbe, Tyler, Quincey, Slade, Dallis, Madison, Jackson, Karter, and Jaylee. He is also survived by his nephews, Mark and Allan Blair, and a sister in law, Irma Blair.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Mark.
Memorial services will be held at the Columbo Club in Evanston, on Saturday, August 16, 2014, from 2-4PM.
