Paul Vozakis
Paul “Papa” Vozakis passed away at his home January 21, 2016.
He was born on April 21, 1932 in Evanston, Wyoming to Nick and Vassell (Dallas) Vozakis. On September 21, 1969 he married Vickie Lynn Morrow in Evanston. Together they raise two children.
After graduating from Evanston High School, Paul served his country in the National Guard, the Army during the Korean Conflict and then the Air Force for nine years. He worked for the U.P. Railroad, Church and Dwight, and then the City of Evanston for nineteen years.
He enjoyed building model airplanes, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Vickie; his children, Pauline Vassell (Michael Jhanda of Casper; and William Marc (Monica) Vozakis of Evanston; also his grandchildren, Alexis, McCoy, Danielle, and Makae.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Theo Statler.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Elm Street LDS Ward Chapel.
