Patsy Bell

Patsy Lee Bell passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016. She was born December 28, 1942 in Osh Kosh, Nebraska to Clinton Lee Vance and Elvira DeCou.
She married Wayne Bell January 15, 1959 in Randolph, Utah. They had six children together. Patsy enjoyed quilting, watching humming birds, camping, cooking and motorcycle rides with her family. She loved her grandchildren and two dogs Willy and Daisy.
Patsy is survived by her husband Wayne Bell of Evanston, Wyoming, her daughter Carrie (Jim) Wall of Evanston, Wyoming, her sons Danny Lee(Audra) Bell of Battle Mountain, Nevada, Howard R. Bell of Wichita, Kansas, Rodney J. (Donna) Bell of Evanston, Wyoming and Wayne A. (Josh) Bell of Evanston, Wyoming and her brother George F. DeCou of Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and son Earl Bell.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Crandall Funeral Home in Evanston, Wyoming, with a private family viewing from 9:30 AM to 10:00 am. Graveside services will be held at the Evanston City Cemetery directly following the funeral service.
