Ophas DeLacy Floyd passed away on April 06, 2013 at Evanston Regional Hospital. Ophas was born on March 21, 1954 to Willie Ophas Floyd and Eva Ann Taylor in Ocala, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W. O. Floyd and Eva Ann Taylor Floyd, and his oldest brother, James Willie Floyd.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Ardis Wilson, of Evanston, WY.; three children, Heather Follic, Nathan Floyd, and Sasha Montoya, all of Wyoming; and seven grandchildren; two sisters, Louise Deegan, of Bellevue, Florida, and Earline Kropf, of Providence, Utah, three brothers, Laufan Floyd, Hyrum, Utah, Dale Floyd and Henry Floyd, both of Logan, Utah.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home of Evanston, WY.
