Norma Jean (Black), Boring, Woods 73 of Evanston, Wyoming went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 21, 2016. She was surrounded by her loving husband and family. Norma Jean was born April 5, 1943 in Coral, PA, daughter of the late Ralph and Millicent (Stewart) Black, besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son Donald Boring and his fiancée Erica Zoe Amigh, a sister Virginia (Roger) Parker, two brothers infant Raymond R. Black and Vernon Black.
Norma Jean retired from the U. S. Postal Service of Bolivar, PA after 33 years of service. She is survived by her husband Charles M. Woods, Jr., her children Dale (Sherry) Boring, Jody (Mohen) Sasthav both of Ohio, and Vall (Chris) Boring of Maryland and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her stepson Charles M. (Bonnie) Woods, III of Evanston, Wyoming, siblings Louise (Jim) Teel, Melvin (Barb) Black, Clair (Elizabeth) Black, George (Karen) Black and her nieces and nephews.
Crandall Funeral Home of Evanston, Wyoming is in charge of the arrangements. There will be a memorial service in Wyoming and Pennsylvania sometime in August. The Family would like to express special thanks to all the doctors and the hospice team that helped during her illness.
