Maxine Nichols

Maxine Cornia Nichols, 80, born in Randolph, Utah to Dodge Owen and Lillie South Cornia on September 3, 1933, courageously concluded her battle with CLL (Chronic Lymphomatic Leukemia) on January 2, 2014. Married Donald Edward Nichols, later divorced. Survived by her children: DeWayne Jay, Jerrie Lynn, Colleen Kay, Donald Edward Jr (Butch), Brenda Louise, Steven Dale, LeeAnn and Patricia Maxine, 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild, Gregory David.
The family expresses our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Huntsman Cancer Institute who so graciously and respectfully cared for our mother.
Services will be held on Monday January 6 at Woodruff Ward House at 11:00 am preceded by a visitation commencing at 10:00 am.
