Mary Sue Tanner
Mountain View – Mary Sue Tanner passed away on November 12, 2011 in the South Lincoln Medical Center.
She was born on March 13, 1928 in Shawnee, OK to Gordon and Dorthea (Schweitzerhoff) Gladwill.
On September 12, 1950 she married Raymond A. Tanner in Fallon, Nevada.
They made their home in Mountain View, Wyoming where Mary was a  member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary and the Relief Society of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She loved to travel, especially traveling abroad.  She also enjoyed sewing and reading and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Ray of Mt. View; a son William (Sylvia) Tanner of Powhatan, VA;  daughters, Patricia A. (Bill) Love, of Seaside, Ore; Mary Ellen (Calvin) Spann, of Lyman; Lynda (Stan) Sidwell, of Mt. View; and Laurie (Dean) Johnson, of South Jordan, Ut
Also 13 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren
Brothers: George (Jackie) Gladwill of Battle Mountain, NV and Denny (Loretta) Gladwill of Reno, NV
She is preceded in death by her parents,  a brother, James and two sisters, Jean Giertsen and Esther Woody also three infant brothers, Ted, Richard & Michael.
Funeral  service will be on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at 11:00 am in the Mt View LDS Ward Chapel.
Friends may call at the church on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm and on Wednesday one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Lyman City cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home.  Online guestbook may be signed at crandallfhevanston.com
