Louis Covolo

December 15, 1922 — May 3, 2015

Louis Gino Covolo of Lyman, Wyoming passed away at Evanston Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 3, 2015.  He was born on December 15, 1922, one of 12 children, to Joe and Rosa Covolo.  He married Katherine Powers in September of 1941.

Gino served his country in the US Army during World War ll. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, camping, and especially fishing.

Gino is survived by his loving wife Katherine; sons Robert L. (Susan) Covolo, and Ronald George (Donna) Covolo as well as 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and a brother Bruno Covolo and many nieces and nephews.   He was preceded in death by his parents and 10 of his siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 11 am at St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Fort Bridger, Wyoming.  A viewing will be held one hour prior to services and interment will follow at the Fort Bridger Cemetery.
