Lori Ann Jacobsen, 58 years, returned to her Heavenly Father Monday, April 10, 2017 at her residence in Evanston after a valiant battle with Breast Cancer.
She was born in Evanston to Edwin Jacob and Jeanette Gene Kiddy Jacobsen on October 5, 1958 and was a CNA for the Wyoming State Hospital.
