Lillian Mae Brown, passed away, December 23, 2011 in Evanston, Wyoming. She was
born on November 10, 1923 in Ogden, Utah to Arden O’Bray and Sarah Emaline
(Mathews) Norman. She attended schools in Evanston.
She married LaMont Clark in Randolph, Utah in 1940. To this union four daughters were born. They later divorced.
She later married Ray Brown. They lived in Layton, Utah. He preceded her in death in 1976. In 2004 Lillian returned to live in Evanston.
She was a member of the L.D.S. Church and enjoyed serving in the ward choir and Relief
Society. She loved her family and especially enjoyed going to her grandchildren’s
school programs.
She is survived by her daughters, Launa (Ted) Parker of Hooper, Utah; LaVon (Wilford) Lym of Evanston; Liana (Jerry) Rhodhouse of Layton, Utah; and Leesa (Dave) Bower of Evanston; also a brother, Dale (LaRae) Norman, of Ogden, Utah and 9 grandchildren, 26
great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren
In addition to her husband, Ray, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Arden Norman Jr.
and Gale Norman; a son-in-law, Ted Parker; and two sister-in-laws, Dorothy Norman and Mickie Norman; and step children, Ken and Raelyn.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday at 2:00 pm in the Crandall Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Evanston City Cemetery
