Lela Galloway

Lela M Galloway age 95, died February 12, 2022, in Lyman Wyoming. She was born February 8, 1927 in Upalco, Utah to Hugo and Martha Mitchell. She married Kay J. Galloway on February 17, 1945, in San Diego California. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Mesa L.D.S. Temple on October 23 1973.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, were she held many positions. She was an avid quilt maker and a licensed florist.

She is survived by her daughter  Sharie (Robert)  Collings; son, Steven (Yesenia) Galloway; brother, Jack D. Mitchell; her sisters, Nona Allred and Lorna Squire, as well as her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She is pre c eded in death by her husband Kay J. Galloway and one son Leon K. Galloway.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 19 2022, at 11:00am at the Lyman LDS Ward Chapel, 127 North Main Street, Lyman Wyoming.  Viewing will be 9:30 am.  to 10:45 a.m.

Graveside and interment will follow directly after at the Lyman cemetery.
