Larry Broadhead passed away on September 17, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah from complications related to respiratory failure. He was 75 years old.
Larry was born in Heber City, Utah on December 31, 1939 to Lynn and Mildred (Mair) Broadhead. He married Nancy Burgener on October 13, 1957 in Park City, Utah. They were married 57 years.
Larry was a very hard worker and enjoyed his time working in the Park City mines as an underground miner. He also drove snowcats and helped close abandoned mines. Larry was a great guy who loved conversation and would help anyone out. He loved to hunt, fish and garden. He enjoyed life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed by those that love him.
Larry is survived by his wife, son Ray, daughter Cindy (Vincent Martinez), his grandchildren, Jaydi, Cody, Derek, Sheena, 8 great grandchildren, his brother Randy and sister Shirley. Larry is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Debbie, sister Pat, 2 grandchildren Elisha and Josh, son-in-law John.
According to his wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home, and there will be no services. Larry also requests that there be no fuss, and remember him as the man you knew.
