Kurt Cloward
Evanston- Kurt Steven Cloward, 54, died November 13, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Afton, Wyoming.
He was born on February 27, 1960 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Don Cloward and Jan Smith.
Kurt worked as a Journeyman Electrician and it afforded him the opportunity to travel and meet a lot of people, both of which he enjoyed very much. He loved hanging out with his friends or spending time with his family. Kurt had a big heart that he wore on his sleeve, but it was always in the right place. He was usually the most outgoing person in the room and he was always looking to laugh. He was just as passionate as he was humorous. Kurt loved living in Wyoming, enjoyed so much that it had to offer, and took advantage of it all year long. He loved riding ATVs & motorcycles, boating, hunting for artifacts & fossils, snowmobiling, or just taking in the scenery with his camera on a day trip.
He is survived by his children: Steven (Rosanna) Cloward; Shandra (Dylan) Adams; Cara (Brian) Norris; Cody Hutchings; and a step-son, Travis Schartzkopf; his mother Jan Smith; and his father, Don Cloward; brothers: Gregg (Doralyn) Cloward; Bret (Kim) Cloward; Sisters: Angel Hartley; and Christie Waylett; also four grandchildren; Bella Cloward, Andan Cloward, Dash Adams, and Macayle Norris.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Hayes.
A memorial service for close family and close friends will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 6 p.m. in the Bear River Pavillion in Evanston.
