Kim Wilde Woodard, 70, passed away at Nathan Adelson Hospice, Las Vegas, Nevada on February 3, 2020. He was born February 2, 1950 in Coalville, Utah to Allie Earl and Geraldine Wilde Woodard. Kim was a priesthood holder in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He enlisted in the US Army in 1968 and was honorably discharged in 1971. Kim earned an Eagle Scout Badge in high school in the Kamas Valley, Utah. While serving in the US Army in Ramstein, Germany, Kim was the designated Scout Master for Military dependents. In addition, he administered driving tests to military personnel.
Kim is preceded in death by his parents, Allie Earl and Geraldine Wilde Woodard; his three brothers, Randy Earl Woodard, Charlie Wilde Woodard, and James Curtis Woodard. He is survived by his wife, Carrie Joy Overmoen Woodard, Las Vags, NV; Two sisters, Marianne (Bob) Edwards, Shelley, Idaho and Shirlene Erickson, St. George, Utah; Son, Justin Woodard, Las Vegas, NV; Two grandchildren, Bradley RM Woodard, Francis, Utah and Derica Woodard, Las Vegas, NV; and one great-grandson, Cameron Woodard, Francis, Utah.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 11 AM, in the Crandall Funeral Home, 105 East Center Street, Kamas, Utah. Graveside service will be at 12 Noon in the Francis, Utah Cemetery.
