Karol Foust

Karol Mae Blonquist Foust, of Coalville, Utah, passed away January 7, 2020 at the age of 90.
Karol was born to Joseph Elmer Blonquist and Ina Garne Blonquist, October 16, 1929, in Hoytsville, Utah.

She graduated from North Summit High School on May 28, 1948 and received a degree from the Excelcis School of Beauty Culture on October 30, 1961. She married Hubert Vernon Pete Foust on April 30, 1949, and they lived together in Coalville, Utah. She leaves as her legacy four children: Rodney Foust (Carrie Foust), Dan Foust (Patsy Foust), Dee Foust (Deb Foust), Jan Foust (Donna Foust). She also leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Pete, (Hubert), Marge Crittenden, (sister), and Kay Crittenden, (brother-in-law), and her parents, Joseph and Ina Blonquist. Karol was a Beautician for over 30 years, and was passionate about knitting, crochet, gardening, and arts and crafts.

A viewing for the family is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15th, 2020, at 11:00 am, at Crandall's Funeral Home, 105 E Center Street, Kamas, Utah. Graveside Services will be held at Coalville Cemetery, 175 Industrial Park Road, Coalville, UT on January 18th, 2020 at 11:00 am. A luncheon will follow at the Coalville stake center, on North Main Street, Coalville, UT. The family would also like to thank the staff and nurses at Elkridge and Family Tree and the hospice nurses from Encompass for all their help and support in taking care of Karol.
