She was born on April 3, 1949 in Coalville, Utah to Dean Fredrick and Alice Louise (Foulger) Richins.
Judy loved to spend time with family, bowling, and doing crafts and pottery. She belonged to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law: Fred and Diane Richins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and a sister Sharon Bunning.
Graveside service will be on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Evanston Cemetery. Friends may call at the Crandall Funeral Home Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30.
