John Stevens, passed away at Evanston Regional Hospital on Sunday Noverber 2, 2014. John is survived by Amy Lew Jean Stevens (Hatch) his best friend, lover and soul mate; his two beautiful daughters, the apple of his eyes and joy of his heart Jaslyn Lew Jean and Aspen Hunter. John is also survived by his father John J. Stevens Jr., mother Annell Fearn, brothers K. C. Stewart and Tanner (Heather) Fearn, sister Candice (Brad) Argyle, brother-in-law Cole (Dusty) Potter, sister-in-law Tycee (Kelly) Gerrard and many nieces and nephews.
John enjoyed many hobbies which included, hunting, shooting, fishing, camping, reloading, four-wheeling, playing Playstation, and anything out doors. John loved spending time with his family and playing with his girls. John served his community as a volunteer firefighter and search and rescue.
John is preceded in death by his grandfather Stewart-Gates, grandmother Hazel Gates, grandfather John Joseph Stevens, grandmother Rozelle Stevens and nephew Kohen Moore.
Services for John Joseph Stevens, III will be held Friday November 7th at 11:00am at the Sage Street LDS Church. A viewing will be held at Crandall Funeral Home on Thursday November 6th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and Friday November 7th one hour prior to the service at the church.
