John G. Bergen passed away on Wednesday, July 13th 2016.
John enjoyed skiing, surfing, and riding motorcycles. He was a fireman in California, and was elected as the Mayor of Francis, Utah twice.
John is survived by his wife Maxine J. Bergen; children Debra L. Ritter, Michael J. Bergen, Timothy J. Bergen, Patricia A. Miller, John G. Bergen, and Julie A. Rae. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a great grandson and great-great grandson.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 10:00am at the Francis Utah LDS chapel. A viewing will be held on Monday evening from 6 to 8pm at the church, as well as one hour prior to services on Tuesday. Interment will follow at the Francis Cemetery.
