Our dear mother Jaymee Ann Grimm, age 62, sadly passed away December 25, 2022 due to complications associated with MS and congestive heart failure. She was born on April 19, 1960 in Evanston, Wyoming to Hazel Jean Powers and John Burton Grimm.
Jaymee spent many years raising her family in Kemmerer Wyoming and worked for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office in positions including Dispatcher and EMT. She was also the Animal Control Officer for the City of Kemmerer. Jaymee’s caring nature manifested itself in her pursuit of a career in Nursing. She graduated from Western Wyoming College and worked for several healthcare organizations as an RN for over 25 years. She worked hard her entire life until health conditions forced her to retire.
Above all, Jaymee loved her family and we loved her. Her generosity is a source of many fond memories and laughter which is a legacy we will all cherish. She will be dearly missed and live forever in our hearts.
Jaymee leaves behind her children Tyler Van & Nikole Van, siblings Brian Muller & Julie Down, and her mother Jean Muller. Grandson Nixon Van also brought her immense joy in recent years.
A viewing will be held at the LDS Church, 127 N Main St., Lyman Wyoming on Jan. 7th at noon. Funeral services begin at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent via VENMO @julie-a-down.
