James Steinkirchner

James N. Steinkirchner
Jim Steinkirchner, 85, passed away August 26, 2014 at his home in Peoa, Utah.
He was born on March 29 1929 in Somerset, Pennsylvania to Lloyd Charles and Elizabeth (Zimmerman) Steinkirchner.
He married Carol Stevens on December 20, 1957 in Aurora, Colorado. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple.
James served his country in the United States Navy, serving in Panama.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol of Peoa, Utah; his daughters, Jennilee (Reed) Brown of Salt Lake City; Cynthia (Joseph) McComber of West Jordan; and Allyson (Matthew) Brickley of Sandy; His sister-in-law, Ethel Steinkirchner of Colorado Springs; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three nephews, and one niece
He is preceded in death by his brother Albert.
Funeral service will be on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Peoa LDS Ward Chapel, 1224 West SR 32.  Friends may call at the church on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in the Peoa Cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home, Kamas.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Educational Fund.
