James Lefler

James (Phil) Lefler lost his fight with ALS on 12/17/12.  Born 7/2/47 in Murray Utah on his brother Mick and sister Marsha’s birthday’s to Ray R. And Maxine Miles Lefler.  Married Karen Mitchell on 12/4/71.  They have 4 children, Wendy (John) Lewis, Lacy (Chris) Brundy, Wesley (Mary) Lefler and Marty Lefler along with 10 grandchildren.

He was a residence of Las Vegas Nevada for the past 22 years, but always went home to Kamas Utah.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger years.  But, his motorhome, 4 wheelers and cabin in Cedar City Utah was his latest hobbies along with his love to play the slots.

He will be truly missed by his family and friends.  Preceded in death by parents, and brothers Mick and Miles.  Survived by wife, children, sister and many brother and sister in laws, aunts and uncles.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Kamas LDS Stake Center, 3038 North SR 32,  Marion, Utah.  Friends may call at the church on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 to 10:45.
Interment will follow in the Marion Cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home, Kamas.
