James Gilmore

James "Jay" Gilmore, our amazing father, brother, uncle, and grandfather passed away peacefully in his sleep August 20, 2021 in Evanston, Wyoming at the young age of 59.

Jay was born in Evanston, Wyoming on September 8, 1961 to Gary and Carolyn Gilmore.

Jay was preceded in death by the love of his life, wife, and soul mate Lisa Gilmore and by his father Gary Gilmore and mother Carolyn Gilmore.

Jay is survived by his children; Zachary and his wife Ashley, Nathan, Hailey, and Brennen. His sister Lynn Gilmore, Grandson Corbin as well as his grandson Teddy James Gilmore due October 10th. Also by Lori and Brian Skinner and many nieces, nephews, and family.

Jay was such an amazing person, the biggest jokester! He was an amazing chef. His boys Zach and Nate were the light of his life, he was so proud of them and took every opportunity to brag about them. He loved fishing and camping, anything outdoors. Jay was so loved and will be greatly missed.

Memorial services will be held at St. Paul's church on Saturday September 4, 2021 at 11am.
