Helen Anderson

Helen at the age of 96 passed away Wednesday April 13th with her daughter Sheila her caretaker of 12 years at her side.  She was born to Alfonzo Brigham and Lillian Evans Murdock in Heber City, Utah. She was the 10th child of 11 children.  Raised on a farm and learned hard work alongside her family which she dearly loved and missed. Helen attended school in Heber City. Married Harold (Jake) Anderson on June 20th 1936 later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple, and spent 80yrs calling Kamas her home. Helen was a hard worker all her life and wore out her physical body. Her favorite was at the Media Center at the South Summit Middle School. She loved Books and Read many. She retired at age 85 due to Physical Challenges.
Helen is survived by her daughter Sheila (Alan) Lewis and son Koy (Jan) Anderson. She is also survived by, 7 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Harold (Jake) Anderson, grandson E. Vance Lewis 5 sisters and 5 brothers.
Viewing will be held Monday April 18th at the Kamas LDS Church 100 West Center St. from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Graveside Service to follow at the Marion Cemetery at 1:00 pm
