Harley D Rollins, 44, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, valiantly passed away on January 17, 2025, at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. He was under the care of his sister, Sarah, St. Alphonsus of Boise, Vibra Hospital of Boise, Cascadia of Boise, Idaho Falls Community Hospital, and Brio Home Health & Hospice. Harley was born November 4, 1980, in Evanston, Wyoming to Deborah (Debi) Lynne Elliott (Larsen) and Rex Cecil Rollins.
Harley attended Woodscross Elementary School, West Junior High School, and Borah High School. He played football for West Junior High School and Borah High School, he was also in ROTC.
He learned at an early age that he had a passion for cooking the most delicious meals like his father. Harley was a Chef for numerous restaurants in the Boise, Idaho and Salt Lake City, Utah areas. His hobbies included fishing, concerts, video gaming, and drawing. He also loved music, football (KC Chiefs) and going wherever the wind took him.
Harley loved his family and friends dearly and took great pride in being an uncle and protective brother. He would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Harley lived with his heart on his sleeve. He was full of life, determination, fearlessness, and had a bold spirit that always spoke his mind.
Harley is survived by his mother, Deborah (Debi) Lynne Elliott (Larsen), 1 son, Kameron Dean Rollins, 3 sisters, Sarah (Joel) Castrejon/Sosa Martinez, Autumn Passey, and Carrie Rollins, 4 nieces, Khaiya, Maria, Ella-Jo, and Abigale, 4 nephews, Anthony, Benjamin, Jonathan, and Michael, friends he considered brothers, Tim Wilcox, Nate Ferch, and John Whitmore, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends he considered family.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Rex Cecil Rollins, 1 son, Sebastian Cecil, 2 uncles, Ray Robert Larsen Jr. and Lonnie (Moon) Passey, 1 aunt, Comet Laverne Bettinson (Rollins), and grandparents Eva Fields (Templin), Ray Robert Larsen Sr., Mary Ellen Rollins (Burdick), and Sherman Eugene Rollins.
Per Harley, everyone wear your everyday “normal” attire, an ICP shirt, clown shirt, or KC Chiefs shirt in his honor. Viewing will be held from 11:30am – 12:45pm Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Crandall Funeral Home, 800 Uinta St, Evanston, Wy. 82930. Burial services will be at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Evanston Cemetery, 526 County Rd, Evanston, Wy. 82930.
