Gerry Thompson

Gerry LaRae Thompson, age 63, passed away at Evanston Regional Hospital in Evanston, WY, on February 9, 2015.  She was born on September 3, 1951 in Ogden, Utah to Raymond Thornton and Frances Constance (Payne) Hansen.
She worked for numerous years at the Wyoming State Hospital, and at H & R Block.
Gerry loved horseback riding, camping, hunting, and gardening, and spending time doing needlework.  She was a long time member of the Cowboy Days Drill Team.
She is survived by her partner, Terry Warren, a brother, Michael (Rebeka) Hansen, a brother, John (Victoria) Hansen, and sisters, Cindy (Brian) Swan, and Anne (Mike) Payne, and daughters, Felicia Thompson, Samantha Davis, and Audrey Stewart; ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Frances Hansen, and a grandson, Luke Bridge, and a great granddaughter, Vada Bridge.
Family and friends may gather at the Bear River Ponds on February 13, 2015 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm  with a final farewell being held at 2:00 pm.
