With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Gary Lee Madsen, a man who lived a life full of passion for aviation and dedication to his work as a mechanic.
Born on March 11, 1960, in San Bernardino, CA, Gary's journey in life ended on May 7, 2024, in Mountain View, WY. He leaves behind his beloved dogs and cherished memories of gold panning adventures.
Known for his hardworking nature and love for fixing planes, Gary made a mark in the aviation industry. His enthusiasm for his craft defined him, and his passion for working with precision and dedication stood out. He was also an avid NASCAR race fan.
He was also employed as a service and home delivery driver for Bridger Valley Propane in Mountain View, Wyoming where his real passion was giving treats and loving all the dogs on his route.
Throughout his life, Gary expressed his care for others through his actions, and his loyalty to his family was unwavering. He will be deeply missed by his sister, Carol Harms, of Mountain View, WY, and his brother, Dave (Sheila) Madsen, of Green River, WY.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Leanard Madsen and Claire Eunice Simpson Madsen Burnett.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on May 23, 2024 at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Fort Bridger, Wyoming.
