Frances Lacy

December 31, 1964 — July 31, 2021

Lyman, WY

On July 31, 2021 we lost our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Frances Joann Lell Lacy, at her home in Lyman, Wyoming due to cancer complications.

Frances was born on December 31, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland to Villard Clovis Lell and Etta Jean Miller Lell. While growing up both her parents died when she was young while living in Augusta, GA. She later moved to Green River, WY when she was seventeen years old and attended high school. She met and married her best friend, Ronald Lacy while living in Green River. He was the love of her life, and she was the love of his life. After they met, they were inseparable, took care of each other, and were the best of friends, loving each other in good times and bad, and forever will remain soulmates. Frances always left an impression on everyone that knew her. She was loving, kind, compassionate, and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She always saw her children and grandchildren as her greatest achievements: son Cameron (Heather), Laramie, WY; son Ricky, Lyman, WY; and daughter Ashley, Kalispell, MT.  Grandchildren: Lexy, Max, Willow, and Alliya.  She is survived by her loving husband, Ron, children and grandchildren; sister Rose Ortega (Tommy) Green River, WY; brother Villard Lell, Augusta, GA; cousins Pete and Judy Peterson, Green River, WY; Janie Taylor, Grand Junction, CO; the Lacy Family and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Sister Cindy Adams and Brother Ricky Lell, and other family members that were there to embrace her into their arms.  She fought hard even through the pain, and is now free while soaring with the angels. This is not a goodbye, as we will meet again. You may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Crandall Funeral Home in Evanston, Wyoming at 10:00 A.M. (800 Uinta Street, Evanston, Wyoming)

Interment will take place following the Memorial Service at the Wendover Cemetery in Wendover, Utah on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.
