Eldredge Grayson

April 7, 1953 — January 19, 2015

Eldredge Ray Grayson, passed away on January 19, 2015 at Evanston Regional Hospital, at the age of 61.
He was born on April 7, 1953 in Eunice, New Mexico, the son of James Aaron and Margret (Clawson) Grayson.  He married Lorna L. Fischler, on November 27, 1975 in Albany, Oregon.
He spent his working career as a truck driver.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, listening to blue grass music, and cooking and having barbeques.  He drove truck for many years, and loved to see the country side.  Ray and Lorna spent three years team driving truck, and enjoyed spending their time together.
Ray is survived by his wife, Lorna, of Evanston, WY.; children, a Son, Greg (Sandy) Derrickson, of Springfield, OR.; a daughter, Lori (Jerry) Regnier, of Cheyenne, WY.; and a son, Ben Grayson, of Gonzales, LA.  He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.  Ray is also survived by a brother, Kenneth (Elsa) Grayson, of Salt Lake City, UT.; and a brother, John Grayson, also of Salt Lake City, UT.  He is also survived by a sister, Kathleen (Ralph) Pringle, of Albequerquie, New Mexico.  He is also survived by other extended family members.
Ray is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jimmy Dale Grayson, a son in law, Jerry Page, and a grandson, Jack Regnier.
Memorial services to celebrate his life will be conducted on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Almy Ward L.D.S. Chapel, in Evanston, with Bishop Aaron Martin officiating.  Services will conclude at the church, with a luncheon to follow.  Cremation has taken place under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home.
