Dorothy Ragan

Dorothy (Dot) Margaret Ragan, 76, of Evanston, died Friday December 7, 2012 at her home.
She was an Evanston resident and former resident of Rock Springs, Mt. View and California.
She was born August 16, 1936 in Mt. View, the daughter of Joseph William Meeks and Merna Gean Rounds Meeks.  She attended school in Mt. View.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  And attended Calvary Baptist Church in Evanston as well.
Her interests included spending time with her family, camping, fishing and occasional trips to Wendover.
Survivors include one son Troy Williams and wife Michele of Rock Springs. Four daughters Donna Aragon and husband Orlando of Rock Springs, Mona Riss of Evanston,  Myrna Siddoway and husband Laine of Reliance, Lynn Williams and companion Laurie Williams of Evanston. Three brothers Jack Meeks and wife Esther of Mt. View, Blaine Meeks and wife LaDene of Mt. View, Forrest Meeks and wife Connie of Highland, Utah. She loved each of her 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She also had several nieces and nephews that she held close to her heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Merna Meeks, son Bobby Williams, five brothers Craig, Gene, Kenny, Larry Wynn, Boyd and three sisters Connie, Carol and Marilyn.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.  in the Lyman Stake Center in Urie, Wyoming.  Friends may call at the church from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening and on Wednesday from 10 to 10:45 a.m.   Interment will follow in the Fort Bridger Cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home.
