Donald Emmitt Ward passed away June 8, 2014 at his daughter’s residence in Evanston, Wyoming.
He was born on August 14, 1934 in Vidor, Texas to Dillis Newton and Gertie (Bailey) Ward.
On October 17, 1953 he married Joy G. Hurst in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Most of his life Don was a contractor doing construction projects for military contracts.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife Joy; a daughter: Sherral (Dennis) Scarborough of Evanston, Wyoming; a grand daughter, Angel Lee (Mike) Dowell of Huntsville, Texas; two grandchildren; and a very special family friend Olivia Augilar.
In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place.
