Donald T. Buckmiller passed away at Rocky Mountain Care Center in Evanston Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, of natural causes.
He was born May 27, 1927, to E. Stephen and Emma Tolman Buckmiller. He grew up in Salt Lake City. Don married Eliza Beth Johnson July 3, 1964, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He worked at the Deseret Press for 35 years. He enjoyed bowling and fishing, and he sang in the Beehive State Men’s Chorus. He also loved barbershop chorus.
He is survived by his wife, Beth; daughter Suzanne Millzarek (Darryle); sisters Alice Smith (Paul) and Naomi Lindsey; brother Naaman Buckmiller (Doris); five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, at noon at the Randolph L.D.S. Ward Chapel, Randolph, Utah. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the services at the church.
