Dee loved football, family history, woodworking, gardening and fishing. He began working with his father building houses and his love of woodworking and building continued from there. He has had businesses building homes, designing and producing store fixtures and hotel furniture, and during retirement, founded Western Wyoming Laser Engraving creating personalized products for his clients. He built his greenhouse from the ground up and shared his produce with anyone he could!
He enjoyed researching his family history and has completed at least 1 family line back to Adam & Eve. One Christmas, he compiled a Family History Book for each of his grandchildren including their family charts, family stories, photos, etc. He loved football and eagerly awaited the start of the NFL season each year, rewatching previously recorded games during the off season. As his children and grandchildren can attest, he loved his Dickies clothes wearing them every single day, saving his fancy Dickies for his grandson Ryan’s wedding. Dee was a very knowledgeable man and enjoyed passing on that knowledge and expertise to those who came after him. He expressed great pride in his children and grandchildren to anyone who would listen and will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.
