David Gregory Weber, passed away on April 26, 2014 in the Huntsman Cancer Institute following a courageous battle with Leukemia.
He was born on June 27, 1955 in Marietta, Ohio to Delbert and Berneda (May) Weber.
Dave attended Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
He worked for Schlumberger for twenty eight years before retiring.
He married Lavonda Brennon Short on June 23, 2007 in Salt Lake City.
David was an active member of the Uinta Bible Baptist Church. He being outdoors and raising and harvesting hay. More than anything else he loved his family and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife Lavonda, his son John Weber and daughter, Brenda (Kristopher) Simons, all of Evanston; three grandchildren; two brothers, Charles (Brenda) Weber, of Forest, Virginia and William “Bill” (Connie) Weber of Canton Ohio, and his parents, Delbert and Berneda Weber of Marietta, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Janet.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at the Uinta Bible Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will be in the Evanston Cemetery under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home.
