David Michael “Mike” Collins, age 65, passed away at his home in Lyman on April 4, 2013.
Mike was born October 30, 1947 in Berkley, California to David Ray Collins and Zella Mote.
After completing high school he went to work in the mine, working with chemicals.
Mike married Zora  Stortsom in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 3, 2003, they were later divorced.
Mike loved the outdoors especially to go rock hunting, but he also enjoyed music, singing and his favorite movies.
David is survived by two sons, Jason Stroh and Ryan Spiers, one daughter, Sophia (Randy) Gates. He is also survived by, two sisters, Betty Lois Stiles, Kathy Susan Collins, also six grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.  His granddaughter Jackie was his caretaker for the last six months.
There will be a memorial service held at the Bridger Valley Baptist Church on Friday April 12, 2013 at 12 noon.
