On September 19, 2016, Colleen Thomas Robertson, of Lyman, died in Provo, Utah.
Colleen was born April 6, 1965, to Glenda and Dennis Thomas, in Murray, Utah.
On June 25, 1983, she married the love of her life, Kim, in Mountain View. From this beautiful union came their two sons, Kevin and Justin.
Colleen was an incredibly talented woman. Among these talents were sewing, quilting, and crafting. She was more widely known for her cakes. She made an incredible amount of cakes for a variety of occasions. You could often find Colleen out on the lake waterskiing, or teaching someone to ski, for days at a time. She loved her Harley Davidson, just as she loved her Ford Mustangs. Colleen's true calling was as mother and a grandmother. You couldn't ask for a more loving, caring, super-fan. Her favorite moments in life were spent with her grandchildren, as it was truly her favorite past time. Colleen's smile was contagious, her laugh was infectious, and she lit up any room she entered.
Surviving Colleen are her husband, Kim R. Robertson; their children, Kevin Carl And Trina Grace Robertson; Justin Curtis and Becky Elaine Robertson; granddaughters, Natalya Rayne and Annabelle Skye Robertson; her mother Glenda Thomas; brothers, Jay Thomas and Duane Thomas; sisters, Sharon Thomas, Carol Anderson, Lorna Hake, and Jenny Brugato; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her father, Dennis Norman Thomas; brother, Jeff Norman Thomas; grandson, William Ross Robertson; and mother-in-law, Erma Marie Gross.
Funeral services are to be conducted on Friday, September 23, 2016, at the Lyman LDS Church. Services will be at 12 noon, with a viewing one hour prior. Burial will follow at the Fort Bridger Cemetery.
